Typical Format

Initial Consultation (first session)
This (typically 1 hour) session gives us the opportunity to learn about the individual's experiences and goals and allows the individual or caregiver's a chance to ask questions and share concerns. The assessment plan and process are also collaboratively developed and discussed in this session.

Assessment Sessions
Typically scheduled over one to two days, with each session lasting approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the individual's needs.

Scoring and Report Preparation
All the collected information is scored, analyzed, and integrated into a comprehensive written report. The report is available approximately* 2-4 weeks after the final testing session.

Feedback Session
In this session, we discuss the findings, provide a clear understanding of any diagnoses (if applicable), answer any questions, and offer individualized recommendations for treatment, support, and next steps.
